PBWS On New Chrome Wheels

I have a new set of rims to put on my car this spring and I have been putting coats of pbws on the outside of these wheels. My question is what to do on the inside of the wheel?
1, continue putting coats and buff off ?
2, put sealer on thick and just leave it?
Do you think it would even matter?

If the inside of the wheel is also smooth, then apply the same on the inside as the outside. If it's a rough texture, I'm not sure there is much that can be applied.

It is not mirror smooth like the front it is a brushed almost look,but easy enough to apply the sealant.
