PB SSR2.5 compared to SIP?

Anyone that has tried both like SSR2.5 better? I am thinking of ordering the SIP but I am thinking if I do, I may not ever use my new 32oz SSR2.5. So if you have or at least tried both, how do they compare? Its kinda difficult being new to this not to want everything. I want to try it all, lol but the wallet (or the wife) wont allow it.

why not start with the 2.5 that you have?

you did not even try it and you think you need something else........weird

I apoligize for the confusion. I have used it on my wifes car and now using it on my neighbors. I was just wondering how SIP compared since this is the only machine polish I have ever used. I mainly dislike all the dusting with this product which could be partly my technique being new.

"all the dusting" = you are using too much

sorry I have not used SIP

just trying to help and save you some $

I just ordered my SIP, so i haven't tried it, but what from what i've learned SIP is for more severe swirls/scratches. I used SSR 2.5 on my 2003 Lancer Evolution and it had never had any correction done in the life of the car and it took all the swirls out of my car. I bought the SIP because I have a customer that has a 2006 Benz and my Dad's car is heavily swirled, so ill probably be using it on his car as well.

Thanks guys. I will try to use less tomorrow on the sides and see what happens. I like saving money but I guess what Im thinking is PB isnt going to react the same to every car so I would like a choice. BigJim, what polish do you use and do you use it exclusively or do you have different polishes to try on the finish? Thanks again,

James
