I received my pb natty blue past wax, but upon opening the plastic can, it seems to be a solid hockey puck. is it suppose to be like that or should be like a soft consistency ?

thanks

Natty's wax should be hard and not liquid. Let it warm up to room temperature and everything should be fine. If you can't get any wax on an applicator then there is a problem.

Yup that's the way it's supposed to be, just rub your applicator on it in a circle putting a slight amount pressure until there's a little wax on the applicator and spread it around thin:)

I just received my Natty's blue and it was hard. Its fine, Just glide your finger across the surface it should glide nicely across. That's good. I've used Meg's #26 paste and its a great wax, but it fell apart really easy. It was kinda messy for a paste wax.

Yep, Natty's is supposed to be hard. You will learn to appreciate that, I hate it when a paste wax breaks into segments inside the jar from it being to brittle and/or soft.

The solid puck trait is actually quite nice. When I get a new jar of Natty's (white or blue) I'll take it into my kitchen, de-jar it, put some plastic wrap under it, and put it back in the jar. Now when I want to wax with my PC I just pop the wax block out, rub it on the pad and pop it back in, it works wonders.
