PB Black Hole + ? Wax

Thanks everyone for your input.

Going to do the whole car, presumably with Black Hole, along with Natty`s Blue.
Out of pure curiosity, I will do one panel with Souveran.

Paint correction may or may not be in the cards for this car. As the paint has been VERY well maintained, it`s not impervious to "love marks", which have manifested in the form of light swirling.
In all honesty, applications of Black Hole and a preferred wax are all it will likely get going forward.

The look we`re going for is a wet, jetting pool of ink. Nothing shiny or "bright", but rather more "deep".

Car Show is in SoFlo - Pompano Beach, at the Festival Flea Market. Always a good show, and a huge turnout.

I`ll be at that show .. haven`t missed it since our first year here :) it`s a great event and inside there is a pickle guy who sells pickles on a stick (sour is killer)

Come on over Ron .. I still have onion sauce ;)

I`d have to leave at 6am or before to be there. You gonna ready the car after my trek across the bug/phosphate/etc state of FL ??

you wouldn`t have to leave so early .. many don`t arrive until 10-11 .. some early birds come for club parking .. but the Corvette group always holds extra spaces ;)

sure we could clean it up after the Bug Trek

we ????

I`ll be tired. :D

I wonder what car though

It would have had to be an East Coast vehicle brought out for the event from a collection .. (he was a detailer out of Philly area)

He was also the first person to tell me that he used only finishing pads no matter what the product or step ... I found it worked but I tended to destroy pads with compounds a bit premature

He also informed me that everything he used was put into generic dispensers ... (I`m guessing that he wanted to keep his trade secrets ??? )

This is starting to sound familiar....... Don`t remember the guys name, but
If I recall correctly.... The guy said he hadn`t washed a car in years and picked up a ton of clay and spray and wipe?

Just to be clear, it wasn`t me. Yes, I picked up a ton of clay. But it was a ton of clay and clay lube (love that clay lube)

Not unless you were at a car show years back on the east coast.
(and you are much to humble to be the guy i`m thinking about)

Yes, i think you were there .. he picked up a bunch of microfiber, Red and Black pads besides the clay and Spray and Wipe.

Think it was the year before you were deemed " no gentleman" :P

All I remember is the attitude and the "I don`t wash cars anymore"............. (and the pictures of cars he had.
