Pakshak MF Towels (VERY Photo Intensive)

Hi all,

What Paul said is true, he was charged $9.00 for shipping. I'm sorry but the USPS just raise the stakes on our shipping to the mainland (Zone 8) from Hawaii on July 1st. The actual USPS postage with Delivery Confirmation of his order and other similar orders was $9.00 (postage=$8.55 plus delivery confirmation= $0.45). Sorry, I know the shipping was $2-3 less prior to July 1st.

With Aloha,

~Ranney

Guys, Thanks for the info on Ranney's MFs and Ranney, thank you for the very prompt service. I am really looking forward to trying the MFs, it will be a new experience for me.

How much is shipping to Canada?

I went in to Ranney's board profile and simply sent him an email and he responded very quickly and provided me with pricing and link for paying via PayPal. My MFs were shipped the same day. I wish all the business' I dealt with provided this type of service.

Just got 25 of the 16x16 MF towels and 3 24x24 towels and have to agree with everyone. These towels are as high of quality as anyone else bar none, the price is the lowest of anyone that I could find, and best of all there are no tags to cut out. Highly recommend pakshak.

I ordered a 10-pack of the 16x16" MF Towels. Made my payment on Monday via PayPal, shipped the same day, and received them this morning (Thursday). Not bad for shipping to Canada. :xyxthumbs Can't wait to try them out!

how do the pakshak towels compare to the 15x15 or 16x16 from JTInternational? I know JT's towels have tags, but what about the quality.

i am trying to figure out the difference in mf towells. the pakshak seem to be 100,000 fibers per square inch

"Our MICROPAK ultra - micro fiber towel is made with over 100,000 fibers per square inch, these cloths are composed of 70% Polyester (scrubbing and cleaning fibers) and 30% Polyamide (nylon by product - the absorbing and quick drying fibers). Because of this blend these cloths are fabricated with interval spaces between the fibers and a widened filament surface, this enables them to absorb 5-7 times their own weight in liquid and the ability to lock dirt deep within the fabric. Comparatively, micro fibers are ten times finer than silk, up to thirty times finer than cotton, forty times finer than wool, and one hundred times finer than a human hair. The fibers are made of double-sided loops so they are great for dusting, general cleaning, and heavily soiled areas."

CMA indictes that their magic towel is 220,000 per square inch

"The density of the fibers per square inch. At 221,000 fibers per square inch, our Magic Towel contains the maximum density commercially available with today’s technology. This density translates into greater cleaning power. A cloth with 50,000 fibers per square inch can cost less but will not clean as well."

JT INternational--i dont know.

In addition, how about denier?

Not sure any of this makes a practical difference. Would like to hear more from those who have compared in detail in performance.

Yeah, I'm sorry, but I find it rather ludicrous to compare all these MF's based on such numbers, like below. The proof is in the usage, and in actual customer testimonials!!! Nothing more is necessary. Try a few out and draw conclusions. I've used Neat Items, CMA towels and some stuff I found on the net. I found the CMA towels to be very slightly superior to the Neat Items towel. But BOTH are VERY good. The randoms I got on the net are GARBAGE, and I plan to use them only on windows and/or wheels perhaps.

Next up, Pakshak towels! :D

I would compare MICROPAK(PakShak) to JTInternational as 10 to 9 . They are very similar, but MICROPAK doas not" shed "fibers,i would rate them better.

Serg if you have tried both the PakShak and JT Int MF's how did the cost compare? Obviously both are high quality from what everyone on this site posts and both are obviously cheaper than the CMA towels. I still love the no tag PakShak unless the JT are significantly less in price - which would be almost impossible.

Hi,Outlaw Titan, i have gotten 150 towels from JT Internatoinal ($2 each for bulk) 30 towels from Micropak ($3 each), but they are a little better, i would go with each of them. Send an E-mail to RANNEY and Tom, they will get back to you with the quote.

Just received 10 - 16x16 towels from Ranney earlier this week. Fantastic service with lightning fast e-mail responses. The towels look great, can't wait to give them a shot this weekend.

I received my second order from Pakshak. Not only did Ranney remind me that Autopians get a price break from his website but the towels arrived in 3 days and one of those days was Sunday- there isn't even USPS service on Sunday. Pakshak is the best! Best quality, awesome pricing and the fastest delivery I have ever seen:bow

Couldn't have said it better myself.

I absolutely love the no-tag Pakshak towels.....I've placed two orders with him already.:xyxthumbs

Nice product and I ordered on Sunday 7/28. Recd towels on 8/1. Towels travelled from Honolulu to Rochester, NY. I'll be using them as soon as they get over their culture-shock.;)

Ranney is a great guy with a great customer service attitude.
