Pak Shak Customer service

I placed my very first order with Pak Shak late last Thursday night. I ordered a Flex 3403 rotary from them. Their price wasn't the best. Neither was the shipping. However, my customer service experiences with them so far have been great.

I received a "ship and click" confirmation email from the USPS saying that they had received electronic notification from the shipper to expect the package. It has stayed at this status since I first received the email.

My current rotary crapped out on me two days ago. I have a client coming day after tomorrow for a full correction, so I'm a bit concerned about receiving the Flex in time.

I called Pak Shak, and almost immediately my cell phone lost the signal. He called *me* back immediately. He ( I think it was Randy?) explained that he personally had delivered my rotary to the post office last Saturday, and that it wasn't uncommon for the tracking information to keep saying "we're expecting the package..." until the day it actually arrives at the customers house. He also stated that I should be receiving the package either tomorrow or the following day. Randy was very helpful, and gave me the impression that I was the most important customer he had, and would spend the rest of the day on the phone answering whatever question I had.

Great customer service, Pak Shak, thank you very much. I look forward to ordering from them again.

Their customer service is awesome. You gotta remember that they are in Hawaii, so the shipping will be kind of high. I talk to Ranney all the time and he is just a great guy, excellent customer service. He never hesitates to upgrade my shipping for free or to throw in some free goodies for ordering from him.

"Ranney", that's it. Sheesh, I thought he said "Randy"... I hate it when I screw up people's names. :o

I haven't had the pleasure of ordering from Pak Shak yet but I am sure I will one of these days.

The USPS tracking system is the worst of all the major carriers. As in your case it is useless.

Ranney makes eveyone feel that way. One of the industry pace-setters. :up

Post orifice attempted to deliver my new buffer today! The very day Ranney said they would. LoL, the tracking info still says that they're expecting to receive the package from the shipper. I wasn't home to sign for it, so I have to wait til after four today to pick it up. Just in time for tomorrow's customer! (If you're this excited to get a new buffer, does it mean you have a problem? Wait.. don't answer that...)

Thank you, Ranney!

Great to hear your buffer made it there in time. Unfortunately, mine wont be :sadwavey: I ordered mine from ADS however - I will have all my products/pads by Friday but no buffer till Monday.

Whenever I am not on a time crunch for products, I feel PakShak has the best selection and service. I won't go into details but far too often I have had issues with AG and after my last two orders...I am giving up on them and taking my business elsewhere.

Anyways, congrats on the new car!

Ranney, is a great guy and runs his business with great professionalism. I live in Hawaii and even get free door to door delivery. Can't beat that!

I picked up my new Flex 3403 today! Ranney threw in a free LC white pad, and a fee microfiber towel, too. The towel looks pretty good. I really like the edging. It appears to be quite similar to the ones that CG's sells... their yellow ones.

Ranney's Mf's rock. They are great for QD's, super soft and plush.

Pakshak gets first shot at my MF business, everytime. His customer service and "extras" he does has earned it.

I have had a very nice experience buying from Pakshak. My order was perfectly packaged and the delivery to here (Belgium, Europe) was quite quick.

Much recommended :2thumbs:

Thanks!!

Glad I'm not the only one that has had issues with AG. Sometimes they're great, other times... not so much. Last time I ordered from them wasn't the best experience.

The smaller companies will be getting my business from now on, for sure.
