paint

i dont no if this is the right place for this question but, i have a new 2003 mustang black in color. My side scoops and my side skirts are a different color then the rest of the car in the sun. The car looks fadded kidoff and the scoops look like blackish brownins. i was thinking that it is maybe like this because these parts of the car are plastic I am not really sure why they are like this i was wondering if anyone knew why.

Also these parts have never been repainted. the whole cars paint is stock from the factory
