Paint spilled on the inside of a van.

I just bought a 99 Ford Winstar at the auction. Someone, it looks like touched the interior piece behind the driver with a paint brush. Interior is Dark blue, paint is white. What would everyone recommend for cleaning this off?

Try some "goof-off", you can buy it at any paint store or places like Home Depot.
