I have a client who drove behind a truck that spilled gallons of white paint on the road, hence my client ran over and got paint all on his back tire. Now that its all dried up on the tire, is there any way of removing it?

Thanks in advance

easiest way is to drive the truck on a highway and get the tires warm, then immediately wash with an APC and scrub with a stiff nylon brush ... it will come right off. ;)

If it's latex paint, Isopropyl alcohol will remove it quickly. If it's alkyd paint, you'll need a petroleum distillates product to remove it. On tires, simple fingernail polish remover works well on alkyd paints.
