paint on my car detail needed!!

hey guys i parked my car on the street near the driveway and a freaking cement truck ran over a can of white paint it splattereed all over my car which is black. damn. i removed as much as i can. some of it is giving me some trouble. so i gave up. can anyone in the NYC area help me out.
 
i just pmed ny detailer. i tried claying didn't work. it need some compounding on it. i don't have a pc to work with.
