paint guard plus

this has probably been asked before, but when should i apply ultima paint guard plus? ive never tried it before and i was wondering should i do it last after i use RMG and NXT 2.0 or should i do it before then? (i apply nxt by hand so it shouldnt remove anything under it) has anybody had a good experience using this on a black car? thanks! :)
