Paint Breakdown??? Looks like it to me...

Look at the 9th picture. To some extent thhis is Base Coat Failure...not CC Failure. If it was CC failure, you would see the spider web crackes like the picture post way above. To me, and from what I have experienced in the past, inproper prep work before painting. If you see in the 9th picture, the basecoat has cracked and you can see the substraight(the panel underneath the basecoat. Since it was inproper prep, when the basecoat was layed down, it reacted with whatever was on the panel before, and cracked, or seperated. Also, it looks like, the basecoat soaked up something, thats why its darker than the rest of the paint... Whoever cleared it, never noticed it, either if it was a repaint or from factory(i dont think factory would let flaws like that pass though)...
