After I use the pad that come with the kits, what pads do you guys recommend to use with CSL and EXO?

What I like to do to save product is the following.
Get a lake country coating applicator.
Wrap a nitrile glove around it. Then use a Carpro suede microfiber cloth wrapped around the applicator. This way only the suede microfiber absorbs the coating and it ends up saving a good amount. Plus it applies very evenly.

2nd that- that`s what I do as well less the glove wrap. I`ve never seen it seem through the carpro cloths I use but did use the glove the first time

I use the CarPro applicator and suede microfiber method also. I also like using the little round cotton applicators with the webbing on one side for these products. EXO used to come with them. Someone said they are the same as the makeup removers you can buy wherever makeup is sold. Very little waste. I`m probably one of only a few, but I actually like these a little more than the other method.

Their G1 window coating comes with those cotton applicators. They work well. Although when I used those I grabbed my wife`s makeup applicators that seem nearly identical except I got a little bit of linting at times. So maybe not completely the same or maybe varies by brand.

That`s good to know. Gtechniq has them for cheap enough. I just never think to order them until it`s too late...

It is the same thing as the CarPro one. Someone once told me to get a CarPro block and get the largest suede towels. Then cut the suede towel into 4x4 applicators. Making it more cost effective. Or you can mix and match on the block as the Gyeon is cheaper.

I purchased 8"x8" MF suede towels from the Rag Co and cut them up into a bit of smaller squares. I think this works fine, and I`m less concerned about conserving suede when applying my coatings. If you go this route, you do have to shake the cut squares a bit to get rid of loose fibers. I then use either my CarPro or Gyeon blocks. I have a few 22PLE blocks that I use as well. 1"x1" MF squares for fine corners and the spokes of wheels...
