I was wondering what the difference would be between a Lake Country Yellow Pad and a Meguiars 7006 Pad? Also what would be the difference between a Lake Country Orange Pad and a Yellow. How much of a difference is there between them?

Hey bro, the yellow has more cut than the orange. So if you're lookin to get after some hardcore paint imperfections then you gots to have your eyes on the yellow pad bro, you got to get after it with the yellow. Meguiars/LC are the only pads I have used with my PC. I've gotten some separation from both pads contacted the company and they sent me brand new ones. I find myself using the new LC pads however more often.

my experience.....



lake country yellow is more aggressive than megs burgandy, yet leaves less micromarring...even with compounds like PG and EC, but at the same time, it comes apart and shaves itself more easily....
