Pad Cleaning... Question

I used Menzerna FPII with a CMA yellow pad (HGCP-65Y) for a recent detail (click here for the results thread).



I would like to use a different polish (Menzerna IP) with this pad in the future.



Can I effectively clean this pad so that I can use Menzerna IP on it in the future, rather than Menzerna FPII? If so, what is the most effective method of cleaning foam pads that have polishes on them?
