PA Esclate Lotion vs Menzerna 3800

I see Escalate Lotion as a paint cleaner, and that`s it
SF3800 is a light finishing polish from what I can see on ACC...I`d imagine it to cut more than Escalate using the same pad (but not much more)- and I wouldn`t imagine escalate to cut at all technically, more like round off edges of fine swirls
 
Thanks for the reply Brandt. The Esclate says to has "ultra fine abrasives" in the description and was wondering if it might be a bit finer than the 3800. Waiting on some PA High Gloss to arrive and was thinking of trying it as a next step after the 3800.
