P21s w and w/o SEPC

When I last waxed my truck, Scottwax might remember this. But I used SEPC on my hood before the P21S but didnt on the rest of the truck.. well, after our crummy weather and my black truck looking awfully gray. I came home from work and washed my truck.. I noticed that the water on the hood just rolled and sheeted of beautifully. Cant say that for the rest of the truck.. You guys think that the SEPC treatment did the trick?

It may have, but more likely that sand and salt mixture they put on the roads was heavily caked on the side of your truck but not the top. However, I wouldn't totally discount the positive affect on paint slickness you get using S100 SEC prior to the wax.
