Ouch! James Bond can't drive stick!

:sign

That's just funny, gotta feel bad for the people who have to wait around. Not to mention thats going to be a lot of pressure to get that clutch down perfect. I see lots of stalls in the future :grinno:

I would just like to know how you make it through life and never learn something as simple as that! My question is, does he get to learn in the Aston Martin or did they get him some beater to learn on?

I'd say because probably 80% of the population grows up on automatics, and never have a chance to drive a manual car.

Man, what a bad way to start his run.

Maybe not everyone can drive a stick, but by Gosh, James Bond dang well should!

I'd agree with you, if the guy was in our generation.

Pretty sad that he can't drive a stick in the first place...but exactly didn't reveal this until that late.

Maybe he was hoping the car came equipped with clutch-less, sports shift

Sheesh

Back in the original Bond *books* the character knew how to heel & toe double-clutch, Fleming called it a "racing change". But that was a *long* time ago....
