Has anyone used your PC for anything else?

I was looking at the shower tile and thought about using the PC to clean them, don't feel like scrubbing the damn thing.

Has anyone done this before?

If so what pad and cleaner did you use?

Does anyone may a brush to attach to the PC to clean the tile?

I did a washing machine one time that I was cleaning up to sell. Came out rather nice, lol. I've also thought about using it on a coffee table I have that has lots of small surface scratches but just haven't given it a go yet.

Works great in the shower. I used Meguiar's cleaner wax on an old foam pad. That was on one of those premolded plastic showers. The water beaded nice. Don't do the bottom part you stand on.

LOL, good tip :)

You could probably use it in the shower/bathtub. There was a thread a while ago where a member cleaned out his bathtub with a rotary, some aggressive pads, and OC :)

does anyone make an attachment for the PC, something with brush to scrub the wall?:waxing:

I guess i could try a old yellow pad with cleaning compound :nixweiss

top of the line has three different brushes they all work well:

Scrub/Shampoo Brushes

I am not sure how long that velcro woiuld last on the brushes from ADS

I've used these brushes on a variety of things (non-auto related) and they work really well. I agree that the threaded attachment will probably be much more durable than the velcro.

I have all 4 of the threaded brushes, but I've only found use for 2 of them.

Black hard bristle - I used this to clean grout. Unfortunately I only did half our kitchen floor, so you can see which half was cleaned and which half wasn't.

Aqua brush - I use these to shampoo carpet and mats

White brush - I haven't used because it's slightly stiffer than the aqua and the aqua works well for carpet, so I haven't found a use for it yet.

Gray brush - It's a soft brush, but like the white I haven't found a use for it. I'm sure it would work well on leather, but I personally like wiping down and cleaning with a generic mf towel.

You also have to remember that because they're all threaded, each time you want to change a brush, you will need your wrench so it becomes a hassle switching from backing plate, to brush, to another brush, back to your backing plate.
