This is not an exciting thread just a FYI for weekend warriors like myself
.
I'm not too particular with my spray bottles so I pick up the local Home Depot bottles ($0.96 each) and I can get them whenever needed and don't need to wait for them to ship, but I hate the fact they are covered with labels (same thing with the Spray Master and ZEP bottles at HD). So I conducted a little test this weekend regarding removing the labels.
I tried Goo-Gone, paint thinner among a few others and Goof-Off worked the best by far (< 4 minutes per bottle). Wash off with soap and water after removing the label and they are good to go.
Just wanted to share in case anyone else is looking for the best way to remove the OTC labels.
