OTC (glass) towels recommendations and uses? Linting dangrous?

Hey all

I'm wondering what good towels there are that will not lint when cleaning glass and are available OTC. I've asked this question before, a while ago, but never really followed up on it, since other things in life took priority over auto detailing.

I've switched back to using a good old paper towel after using mf's and after cleaning, under the gaze of a incandescent light, finding millions and millions of tiny specks that made me fear I had scratched my glass.

THe towels do not have to be glass specific.

Also, I've been a little apprehensive using my Costco towels (the 36 pack ones) in the interior for fear of not knowing whether the microscopic strands of fiber might be dangerous if inhaled...

Right now my towels include a couple Viking detail, some Costco ones, some Meg's SS, and some TW ones that came with a kit. I know they aren't the best, but I'm trying to organize my twoels and how and what to use them on better, as well as not spend money on superfluous and needless tools, any suggestions?

I know this is asking quite a bit, but thanks in advance for any responses given.
