Ordering from meguiars

I ordered some of Meguiars clay back in July. After several phone calls and promises that the clay is on it's way, I have yet to receive it. Has anyone else had problems with Meguiars?

Go over to Meguiars Online and get in contact with Mike Phillips. He will make sure that you are taken care of.

I had some trouble with a gallon of #34, it took a month or so to ship and I was billed twice. I got everything taken care of eventually but it was such an arduous process that I don't know if I'd order from them again.
 
Sorry too hear that. I just recently placed an order with them for a backing plate and pads, and had no problems with anything. Just go to the website and get a message to mike or call their #800 number. They'll take care of you.
