Order of application?

I am currently using Klasse, AIO, and SG in that order.

I have heard that I can top the car off by applying a wax or carnuba over the top of the AIO and SG, so I am thinking of using Meguiars Show Car Glaze.

So would my order of application be Klasse AIO, Klasse SG, and then Meguiars SCG?

I am only using the Show Car Glaze because I have extremely fine scratches on the surface, they do not even classify as swirls, but they are noticable when looking at the paint only under extremely high bright light and wearing sun glasses. The Klasse is not removing them, and I think anything else will be more likely to add more scratches then to remove them, so I am just going to use the glaze as a polish, and to use the oils to "fill" the gap.

Anyone have any suggestion,s or comments, or tips that could be of any help?

I would not apply a glaze over the Klasse. The high solvent content in the glaze can eat away at the Klasse over time. If you must put something over Klasse just try a quality caranuba.

Ok, that was not what I have heard in the past.

I have tried Meguiars Show Car Glaze, 3M Rubbing Compound, Find and Light Scratch Removal (I would have though this would have at least helped), Meguiars-Scratch-X, every wax I own, Klasse All In One, Klasse Sealant Glaze, and just about everything esle, but they are just not going away, what the hell.

Here is a pic of what I am dealing with.

But at all other times you would never ever notice the scratches.

At all other times the car looks very glossy, and wet. It is only when you have the sun on the paint and you are being blinded to hell that you can see the scratches.

Here is a pic of what it looks like 95% of the time.

From the pic it's spiderwebbing. Nothing will remove it, it's actually small microscopic cracks in the film build.

Ok, so absolutly no matter how hard I try I will not be able to remove that?

That is unfortunate. It really bothers me, but like I say it is only visible under very bright light. I still cannot see in my left I was staring at the hood's reflection so long.

Hmm, well other than that my car has a great shine, I do not think there is anything more that I could ask for.

Not even a thick layer of Carnuba, or a paste wax?

I thought Glazes were supposed to fill the crack and scratches of the paint (but evaporate quickly), leaving a smooth surface. That was one of the reasons I gave the Show Car Glaze a shot. Even though I have Klasse Sealant Glaze.

A repaint or clearcoat is just too expensive.

Hey. I have the same problem with a black bmw. I am suprised that you can see it on a silver car though. Well the thing that I found out was that only in bright light, like your problem, I am able to see the same swirls/spiderwebs. I used Zaino on the car and the car looked grat, except for the swirls in bright light. I talked to some people here and they said that a PC might help, if used with 3m finnesse-it,or something like that. I am not ready to use any power tools, so I decided I' ll try expermineting. After I have done the following process the spiderwebs are 95% gone. There are still some, but you really have to look for them hard.

This is the process I followed:

1. Clay with mothers

2. Clean with P21s Paintwork cleanser (this step might not be necessary).

3. Use 3M Imperial Hand Glaze.

4. Top of with Zymol Titanium(zymol creme, or pinnacle, should work the same if you want to use that).

5. Let zymol cure and then buff out.

It looks great after all these steps. I think 2 coats of 3M IHG, and 2 coats of Zymol should take care of the problem for some time. (I would rewax every 1-2 months).

If you would like some advice or if you want to contact me, or if you want to let me know how your outcome was, you can email me at ShombaSI@aol.com.

Good luck.
