What can be done about this? I 'll try to get better day time shots but basically the whole truck is orange peeled and IMO should be the definition of Orange Peel :nono

Anything I can do to try to buff it out with a PC?

I'm certainly not an expert with orange peel, but from what I've read you have to wet sand to level out the clear coat to get rid of the dreaded orange peel. I('d just live with it if I were you.

I've been checking cars for orange peel lately. If it makes you feel any better, I've not seen any car built since 1990 that does not have orange peel to some extent. This includes new BMWs sitting on the showroom floor, a 96 Mercedes, a 2004 Jimmy, and a 92 Bentley. The Bentley really suprised me. You'd think that they could get rid of the orange peel on a car that cost over $125,000 in 92.

Of course, I haven't checked any Japanese luxury cars. Maybe the Acura and Lexus don't have these problems.

Anything (besides wet sanding) that I can do to help it out?

This in my opinion is unacceptable for a vehicle. Its hard to tell but its basically smeared paint all through the truck. I'll try getting daytime shots.

Can someone advice with the swirl marks? Will SSR 2.5 with an orange, followed by a polishing pad followed up with ssr1 with the polishing pad be sufficient?

Jake

Your swirls look pretty mild that should be fine, just work the polish until it breaks down. Orange peel is worst on black, but the time to deal with it is when you buy it IMO.
