Optimum Power Clean - strength and dilution?

This may seem like a dumb question, but... here goes.

Why does OPC come in a spray bottle, when under directions basically ALL the recommended dilution ratios are 3:1 (assuming that's 3 parts water to 1 part power clean)? It doesn't mention use it full strength for anything, and yet I'm assuming that's what they've given us in the handy spray bottle.

Why wouldn't they have packaged it in a bottle w/ cap... something more appropriate for pouring, instead of a spray bottle if we're not really supposed to use it straight?

Lastly, what do you guys prefer to use it for full strength right out of the bottle, if anything?

Thanks!

(Of course this is kind of a moot point if you're buying the gallon jug refill. I just thought it a strange contradiction for the 17oz spray bottle.)

I keep a bottle mixed at 2:1 and another bottle mixed at 3:1. I typically use the weaker ratio and it works well while conserving the concentrate.

I've used it full strength on several occasions and it's great :)

I use it full strength on tires... it melts away the grime. Literally just falls off the tire. It's pretty amazing. I just wish it were cheaper.

I've done full strength on tires... once in a great while, and it does get those pretty clean, but I would rather do more applications of a diluted mix. Repeated full-strengh overspray will peel finish from factory wheel-covers. OPC is just good stuff in general though, and I order maybe a gallon every 8 months.

Oh yeah, full-strength on (cold) stainless exhaust tips, before using any other type of polish, etc.
