Optimum Polish Users: How do you wash your pad?

I used Optimum Polish and an orange LC pad tonight and the OP washed out fine with hot water and a coat of NXT car wash soap. I just squeezed the pad until it was full of soap and water and then washed with hot water in the mop sink.

hm... i'll try it out tomrorow when i head back to san jose. I also notice that MotorGuard sells spur brushes, and they had a video on another post. They sell in a pack of 6 and i don't use all six, so if you're interested in a group buy, pm me.

I use this from Hi-Temp. I get it from TOL.

Mix 2 gallons of water with a couple of ounces of this, drop the pads in and squeeze the solution through a few times then let them soak. Some times overnight if I get busy and forget. Pads come out clean even when using OP or OC.

Best part is I can use it to clean panels while polishing and for stripping wax.

MorBid is TOL selling Klean now? Last time I checked they didn't have it available.

Do you have dollar General Stores. They have a APC called Mean Green. 1 gal. = $5 ..Soak pads in 1/4 diluted buket of this stuff. Then use the kitchen sink and pour some concentrated on pad and wash with hands be sure to add a little water and they will come clean.

I just used OP and OC today with LC orange and white pads (by the way, OP/OC will be my go to products from here on...they did a INCREDIBLE job!). Got home and tried Dawn, letting the pads plus a NXT wax-filled applicator soak while I was at dinner. Good results but not enough for me. I had a bottle of Totally Awesome APC (Dollar Tree item) laying around and I shot them with an even coverage spray, let them sit for 2 minutes, massaged the pad a bit, then massaged under running water. Totally clean!

Appears to be according to their website. I'm running down to my last oz's so I'll know when I place an order this week.
