Optimum equivalent for SSR 2.5?

Hey,



I have a quick, stupid question that I just want to be sure about. Is Optimum compound the equivalent to SSR 2.5? Would I be able to follow up with SSR 1.0 with no concerns? Also; is there a reason (ie. quality) there is a price difference between Optimum compouund polishes and Poor Boys?
