I've gotten very good results , durability-wise, with OCW.
Maybe the customer did something in the interim----got inspired to clean it and used Dawn or something goofy like that?
At the risk of offending, what was your process ?
Maybe another product caused a bonding issue?
ebpcivicsi said:I use OCW as more a weekly "booster" of sorts. Applied weekly, the beading incredible.

ZaneO said:Some of you guys aren't talking about durability if you're talking about applying each week. Easy of use, etc. isn't what I'm talking about here.
I am asking specifically about the durability of an application of OCW.
ZaneO said:I applied one coat.
With the claim of 5 months durability, I was really hoping that I could use it as a stand alone LSP.
Spilchy said:To be honest, I haven't heard of anyone who uses it as a genuine, stand alone LSP. Either they top it, use it as a topper or use as a QD-like product.
5 months? Yeah, right.
ebpcivicsi said:I have used it as a LSP for some cars, heck it lasts as long as LS or TS.I typically use it as a topper because it removes the dust from paint, windows, etc in one pass around the car. IMO, it's an easy "bonus" to a detail OR a booster, but it does leave something to be desired in terms of durability as a stand alone LSP.
