Opti-Coat Pro on Chevrolet Silverado - Chicago Auto Pros

Not very many pictures on this one, but this will show you what just a couple bad washes can do to a paints finish. The customer brought in the truck and we installed XPEL ultimate and Opti-coat pro. The customer assumed like most will that this is a new car and it only had two washes...... Soooooo it shouldn't have any scratches right?



This is what I showed the customer. He told me that he just had it washed at the dealership two times. I highly recommend for him not to bring it back there for washes.



We polished out the damage and ended up with a beautiful big shiney black truck!

LOL I'm Just messing with you! I used the Rupes 15 with a Meguiars cutting pad and FG400, then right to Primer Polish followed by a quick ONR rub down, and then OCP.

Most dealers run cars through a wash tunnel with brushes.
