Opt. Poli Seal

If you are using the right amount, it will pretty much clear out after 3 or so passes via PC with the speed on 6, about the same number of passes via Cyclo.

I mistakenly found out the harder way by not using enough! Im so use to the OP and OC extended use time, I assumed PS would be the same. Its not so. You absolutely would rather use a little too much, then not enough. If you dont use enough, you run the risk of not having enough lubricant between pad and surface. There is a happy median. I was using about a dime or less, at 12/3/6/9 oclock patterns. Its been recommended to me to use about twice as much PS as OP or OC. I also run the PC at 6, for 3 passes.

Its very important you get the pad seasoned on that first panel, and you'll find you wont need to add as much, as often. If you do find you have "over" seasoned the pad, simply wipe off the excess with a MF or terry towel, apply a quick squirt of QD or water, and carry on!

Your also better off using a pad that has a more closed cell construction, such as a finishing pad, or a white polishing pad. Cant wait to try it again.
