Opinions on OCW?

As the title suggests I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on OCW and any tips or an explanation on how to apply it.

Thanks a bunch,

I love it, just don't use too much or it's hard to work with. Maybe an ounce per car, I haven't used it on a car for a while, but I used about half a bottle on the twin-engined plane i did today.

I'm hooked on OCW. I have tried it on a bunch of colors, from Lexus Cinnabar red, to BMW techno violet and it has yet to let me down. Durability has been pretty decent for a spray wax (for me). I recently polished out my black SS with OP on a finishing pad and used OCW to remove the polish. The car looks great. I recently used it on my buddy's silver Yamaha R6 and after he saw it he said "I want some." We'll be splitting up a gallon. :D

Looks great on every color, more of a carnauba glow than sealant reflectiveness. Easy on and off, decent durability.

I've used OCW on my new Silver car and also used it on my metallic blue car before it. OCW works like a dream. Literally just spray on and wipe off. It seems to add a little carnauba glow like Scott mentioned and durability seems to be really good for a spray wax. For the price, OCW is hard to pass up. It works well on top of almost any other product.

I absolutely love it on my red Z! It gives the paint an amazing depth and "realism". CK's Quick Shine does a good job of boosting it too. You will find dozens of OCW threads here.

On a recent detail after I washed the car I tried a small area with OCW then two other area's one with WG DGPS and the other with PB EX. The most slick was WG by far then EX and lastly OCW. The most easy to use was OCW then WG then EX, but they are all easy to use actually. I will have to try this same test after polishing next time.

The best part of not using your real name, is that people don't know you are using a fake name in the first place. But I think you were trying to be funny. :hifive:

I doubt it fills, as you really have to have a layer of product on the paint to get any filling, and with OCW it's more of a film than a layer. Most spray on waxes won't do much for filling, IMO.

OCW is coconut juice ...LoL

I love it as a sealant without the waitng time like the heavier polymer before I can apply a LSP or I use it was a LSP on cheaper details which provides adequate protection and easy application. :2thumbs:

Yeah, I was in a weird mood that day. It's actually an inside joke.

Thanks alot for all the info. I really appreciate it. I got my bottle yesterday and tried it out today. The only thing I didn't care for was the lack of superslickness that I like. But if it lasts half as long as it says it does. I'll be really impressed.

Thanks,

Josh
