Open trailer

I recently had to switch from a enclosed trailer to an open one. My homeowners ASSociation didn't allow for the trailer to be in the driveway, and it wouldn't fit in the garage. Needless to say they won, so I had to start from scratch on this one after I had a pretty sweet setup before. It is my first time with the open trailer so if anyone has any suggestion I am wide open.

That really blows. I have no idea about the homeowners ASSociation...:lol2:...But they wont let you keep your bussiness the way you want to run it. And personally I would rather look at a big white box not an opean trailer with everyting showing.

P.S.-I like the bubbles on the water tank :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

Well now I am able to pull it in the garage

OOOOOOOOO they just dident want it to sit in the driveway. I thought that it was a size issue. Gotcha ;)

I think that it seems to be nicer to work out of compared to the open trailer. Even while being a smaller size, it is accessible from every side. The pressure washer/generator/air compressor all get to breathe a bit more. And the bubbles have gotten quite a few looks so far, now the truck just needs some vinyl.

Nice setup..looks like you layed it out just right...Stinks about the Home Assoc. they seem to be like a little private government...

Poor Norah can not put a AC unit in her garage if it can be seen from the road...the HA seem to have to much power..I can see them doing their job to keep houses area clean like from junk and stuff..but not what you can have for a business use and home improvements....

Poor Norah needs a AC in her garage...with temps getting to 110 there

That's unfortunate that your HA is that strict. It's good that you were able to find another way to be able to keep your business running though. The trailer looks to be set up pretty well.

I would have fought it. It is your job, your income, your lively hood.
Tell them they need to sell their car because it is not something you would drive . I don't know, stuff like that bothers me. For someone to tell me what I can and cannot do on my own property. (to a reasonable extent).

So what do you have to do with the enclosed trailer? How new was it? When did you get it?

Your enclosed looks good, but I would rather stay enclosed to to equipment/weather issues as well as security issues.

That truly sucks I'm glad that I don't have those issues. Well in a way I wish we did have an HA as one of my neighbors hasa busted septic tank and man if you catch a down wind it will lay you out. (LOL)

What are your plans for the enclosed trailer?

I have accually been mentoring a fellow detailer for the past couple of weeks and he is going to buy it off of me. Sad to see it go, but at the same time it will give me some extra funds to get hybrid240zxt a van. That is in the works I will keep everyone posted on that progress. I'm hoping for it to be operational within the next couple of weeks.

Dose your stuff really get stolen when it sits with you when your doing a car:eek:

Not really, but say you go to a store and have your trailer. If it ain't bolted down, you better have money to buy whatever ain't. I know all areas are different, but here in Texas, central Texas....there are alot of "construction workers". I have, many times, come out of a store and see people messing with the trailer, whether it be just looking, or touching....
That is 1 of the few reasons I went enclosed.

In my eyes, everyone is out to get my stuff, and I need to keep everything secure....lol

agreed. I have 6 locks on my trailer and everything, I mean everything is bolted down inside. It too is an enclosed trailer. Texas, I feel ya 100%. . . people are alway nosey and people touching my stuff makes me nervous. :bigups
