Take it from someone who loves rotors, gets PE an skip the 03 an the new mini by flex. Soft start an low Rpm's are key mastering rotors. I had a 3403 an sold it the second I got the PE.

First time. Really just want it for smaller spaces like the trunk and pillars, stuff like that. And headlights. Certainly not something i plan on doing an entire car with. Just too good of a deal to pass up, really.

I've been eyeing a FLEX 3403 for a long time now. It's perfect for headlights or metal polishing too.
