I dont detail professionally either and in the spring im going to buy 3 or 4 more BRS`s just in case they ever stop making them , ill have enough for my lifetime. Its that good.
I have plastic chrome wheel simulators on my truck that scratch very easy. My method after I hose them off is to simply fling ONR on them using the BRS and just wash them with a moderate degree of care. They still look like the day I bought them, except for where I think a mechanic dragged an air hose across one.
I wash my wheels with the same BRS that touches my paint. More or less perfect for a daily driver construction vehicle that sits outside 24/7. Certainly the paint is in as good a shape as most new vehicles after a year of BRS washing.
