It has what most people think it's a beautiful shine , It does look nice .

I noticed that is really not very slick and I've been experimenting with the OPT stuff for quite a while. I also have some of the other dressings in/out.

I've had a couple of coats of OCW over PS and yes it's smooth and shines . Last night I tried to put a QD on and tried some Megs UQD for the 5 th time and finally threw the crap out. It made it look worse , so I let everything cure overnight , still looked pooped out. I do have some better QD's on hand like FK 146/145 , Ck QS , FC&S , Adams , ect...... When I've used FK FX 100 (wax / sealant /glaze ) as a LSP or maint. it's popped a lot more than OCW and lasted just as fine in the durability dept. ( which I know is a subject to conditions)

Apples to oranges I know , but why do I get such beading , slickness , durability and shine from DG stuff over the OPT ? Granted I know the OPT does have some carnuba in it. Even the int/ext dressing are good but not up to par.

The ONR is working well and have been keeping a nice clean truck this winter. Nice stuff !!!

Just a little frustrated with it the stuff (except ONR) which seems to me kind of the heartbeat of their product line since there are a lot of raves about it over the other products.

If you like the DG stuff why not just stick with it?

Me personally I still havent used anything thats slicker than OCW or OID. My paint feels like butter after. I cant attest to durability since I applied it so much. I cant complain about the shine either. Different waxes/sealants give different looks obviously. If by "pop" you mean the metallic flakes than yes, to me, OCW seems to mute it somewhat. OCW has a carnauba look to it, glossy, deep, and a little warm. I never used FK1000 so I have no idea what look it gives, but if you after the "pop" than why not use that?

I really dont have a clue what your asking

If your asking about slickness than I dont know if you got a bad batch or something cause OCW is pretty damn slick to me

If your talking about looks than I dont think your gonna get "pop" from the flakes like some sealants since OCW has carnauba

first time I used OCW v2 I didnt get the super slickness everyone talks about, but did get a great gloss and wetness.

I used it again about a week ago, and put 2 layers over some aging Z-2 and FK1000 from before Xmas, and the slickness was amazing - MUCH better than the previous times, and still added a good bit to the looks as well. It then snowed, and once it stopped, huge sheets of snow slid quickly off the sides of the car which didnt happen with my other car outside (not wearing OCW).

Has impressed me and more recently, along with ONR.
