I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this but this section seems to be the busiest. I wanted to share my online shopping experience with "Detail Emporium", on 4/25 I placed an order for a Swissvax wheel brush and have not recieved my order nor even heard a peep from them. I have made several attempts to contact this seller by email and by phone and have not gotten one reply or a returned phone call. I paid for the item using paypal, is there anything I can do to get my money back? I have never had this happen to me so I am unsure on what to do? I know I at least want to share my experience with other members here on the forum so they can be aware of this seller and avoid any problems similar to mine.
