IP/FP/Wolfgang worked for me.

ZaneO, is that IP/FP/Wolfgang on the front fender and nothing on the doors? if so that looks amazing, quite a comparison shot. have any closer up pics?

Here is Meguiars Medallion Premium Paint Cleaner, #7, and #26. It was done over a year ago and was my first time detailing. The paint on the hood was as badly oxidized as the paint on top of the roof.

I re-did half of the hood with DACP, #81 Hand Polish, and #26 the other day and the results came out about the same. Ill try and upload pics later on.

damn zaneo that truck looks off the charts !! :xyxthumbs

too bad his truck is not red, brown and cream

oh well, i'll see if i can post some pics !!

Having some really skanky things here, I went and purchased Meguires Diamond Cut, the stuff rated a 10 on their scale of agressive.

It's worked very well on three of the vehicles so far. It's far less agressive then I expected. A hand rubbing compound like Turtle Waxs is substantially more aggressive. The breakdown of the abrasives seems to work quite well, allowing for nice polishing action very quickly.

I did no special prep work, just whacked at a few of the vehicles quickly with a random action buffer just to see what would happen. Quite pleasantly pleased with the results. I'd give it a solid thumbs up and recommendation for your application.

i might have him buy some megs abrasives and then go over that with the IP and FP. we'll see but i am going to show him this pictures for sure :xyxthumbs
