okay you waffle weave guys...

hmh, over here a meguiar's ultimate wipe microfiber towel costs about 20$ and that's about the selection of MF:s we have.

There are some "cheap" MF:s for household use, they just are too small and really thin, I normally only use them for QD:ing.

A waffle wave would be an extreme luxury.

Ordering from US would be a choise too, the price just hikes up with all the shipping charges and customs.. It's just starting to look like it would still be worth it :) Any recommendations which brand to choose and where to order from?

rgrds,

Silli

Just order them from www.pakshak.com and they won't be expencive at all if you have a creditcard. I got my order from Pakshak to Finland and the shipping was about 29$, no customs or extra taxes.

I have my first order in for WW from PakShak and ExcelDetail, but I really like the Sonus ones because they are soft and have a cool yellow with red edge design.

Waffle weaves also work well in smaller sizes for other detailing chores like wax removal I have found, though Ranney's Ultrafine and Patrick's orange edgeless MF is great for that.

Silli, if you order from PakShak don't forget to put in "Autopia" as a discount code to receive the Auopian discount. PM PakShak if you have any questions. Wes

I purchased my WW from CMA "Big Blues" wonder how i managed without em:nixweiss imo its the only way to dry your car:xyxthumbs

WW were the biggest suprise as a new guy to Autopia. They far surpassed my expectations on what a drying towel could do. I am using Pakshak WW by the way.:xyxthumbs

Do you guys use the smaller sized WW for glass? And if so, do you use it with a glass cleaner or just water?

I like the WW on glass b/c it leaves no linting (compared to some of the plush MF). I use with E.O. 20/20; spray and then wipe till clear and clean.
