OK to put NXT over SG?

I thought I might like to give my vehicle a litte more "pop." It has 4 coats of SG on it now. I do have S100, but don't want to use it because I anticipate further coats of SG before the summer ends. So, I thought of either NXT or UPP. The main advantage of NXT over UPP is that it is easily available.

What worries me, however, is a few of the threads in which posters have discussed the possibility that NXT might have some minor (and not advertised) cleaning capabilities. If that is the case, then it remove the SG that I already have on the car. In that case, I'd either stick with S100 (after another layer or so of SG) or order UPP in the mail.

Thoughts?

I am at the end of my spring detailing and have Z5 x 3 and sg x 2 on the car and in the process I was not happy with how the hood turned out so I have decided to redo the hood.

As I have a road trip comming to have the car lowered I will be putting the bra on the car so I decided to wait on redoing the hood. Soooooooooo experimenting time .. I have put a couple of layers of NXT over the Z5/SG and I can see degredation of the SG and some cloudyness ( non-clairity). This is easily visable between the hood/fender. So I suspect the NXY has done it as its the only difference.

Don't get me wrong .. most people wouldn't see it but you know what we are like..

Also the NXT looks awesome .. just different.

My feeling .. NXT isn't good over SG.

Thanks guys. I know this is a remedial question, and the issue has (to some extent) been hashed out in previous threads.

I think I am going to stick with no topper until I have one or two more coats of SG, and then I'm either going to go with S100 or UPP.
