OCW = slick Baby!

It's worth noting that the OCW spray needs a little shake before you use it, as the sealant and wax separates in the bottle, the wax settles at the bottom - it appears to be 80% sealant and 20% wax.
You can see the difference between the two, the left one has not been shaken, red lines are where the wax settles down to:
Don't know if this bothers me or not, not much wax in the mixture? Would 50/50 not have been better?

Weakness of mind = strength of car detailing skill (works for me anyway) :grinno:
Not sure that the level of synthetic vs wax is a huge issue myself - if a synthetic is accepted as providing better durability, combined with carnuaba's ability to provide depth & gloss, I'd say for a regular wax on a daily driver it's a winner.
Personally I don't enjoy spending hours on the Astra as it's a) driven daily b) covers around 1000 miles a week and c) seems to collect grime faster than I can shift it, so a product like OCW works really well - for me that is.
Perhaps unfair to anyone who isn't lucky (that's if owning a temperamental 16 yr old French hot hatch can be considered lucky...) enough to have a garaged second car as that always gets carnuaba'd to death.

The seperation of OCW is due to the formulation and it is, if I remember correctly, the polymers that settle to the bottom and not the wax. The polymers and wax are close to equal parts from what David tells me. There are very few ingredients in OCW and that's about as far as I'll go on that subject
All you need to do really is turn the bottle upside down once then back again and it's all mixed, for a good 15 minutes or more.
I posted this picture up in the "click N brag" section but many people liked this reflection shot from the hood of a black Porsche Cayenne, it was polished with OCP and sealed with OCW. Hope ya'll over there across the pond like the pic as well.....Oh and Andy, your car looks fantastic, great work :xyxthumbs
