Road trip for my first Finest job! 275 miles on this P85+ and it took 36 man hours to get it my seal of approval!

Intial inspections it did not look bad, but it had some issues for sure. Having only 275 miles on it I was surprised how dirty it was.

I started with Iron-x on all the paint and scrubbing all the old dressing off the tires.

After Iron X had been there long enough to do its thing Ryan rinsed it off while I was going around scrubbing dressing off trim.

An Onr wash and speedy prep mitt made sure the paint was perfectly clean for polishing.

You can see the ONR beading up on the paint from the factory applied wax/glaze. Seeing this I followed up my decon with an APC wash so I could see the true condition of the paint.

Tires looking "Dialed" and ready to be properly dressed!

This was a wheels off detail so I began doing this while Ryan was doing test spots to see what route we were going with the paint.

Safety socket to ensure I didn't scratch a rim or strip paint removing the lugs.

Major OCD! A key makes a great rock from tread remover!

After cleaning the wheel I went to work on the calipers and wheel wells.

The fabric wheel well liner was steamed and the coated with Opti Fabric Pro.

Some nasty defects above the wheel well that were later removed during the correction steps.

This scratch on the hood was bad. This color was hard to capture defects with my iPhone but this caught your finger nail in a few places.

Ryan got it out after a few passes!

Ryan was perfecting the paint I kept perfecting everything else. Polished mostly by hand with Primer polish and coat with Opti Coat pro.

I thought I was the only one nuts enough to coat lug nuts lol. Great work Joe. You went overboard on this one. Pretty soon you'll be doing undercarriage coatings too haha.
