NXT Wash fans

I still use terry cloth
Just got back from Wal Mart and found that 64oz of NXT Car Wash was only $3.50 in the clearance aisle. Lowest price I'm finding is $5.99 at Meguiars.com and $7.95 at autogeek, and of course those include shipping. They also had a variety of vent brushes and scrub pads from Black Magic, and a few of their dusting microfiber cloths, all at less than $3-4 bucks.

I also saw that they're now stocking the Microtex drying MF, detailing MF, and glass cleaning MF. I was going to try the detailing MFs, but I already have way too many towels. :)

:bigups

somethings up with walmart and sams club. they have such cheep detailing stuff. either they arent going to carry anymore or they are making room for some new stuff. :huh

Arggg!

Steve has a sale. Scott has a sale. Adam has a sale. Dwayne has a sale.

Now Wal-Mart!

:duel :shift :band :rolling

Going there in the AM.

Going to grab a bunch of NXT Wash and a bunch of the Microtex Drying MF Towels.

I've always been a fan of the NXT wash, and recently tried the Microtex MF Drying towels, they are definatly high quality and a steal at the $6 and change that Wal-Mart sells them for!

Below Reality, have you used the Microtex towels on paint? I was giving them a feel, and the drying towel seems very plush, although very large. The detailing towels seem about mid grade plushness, and they don't have that 'cringy, snaggy' feel like the drying towel does, or like the other brand 5 pack of blue/white MFs.

I've wanted to give microfiber a try, but I don't want to shell out a lot for just some towels, yet I don't want something that is going to do worse to my paint.

Yeah, our "Super Walmart" had all fo their stuff on clearance and had just put in all kinds of new stuff - I am actually surprised at the products they carry nowadays

The large drying MF Towel is my new favorite on paint!

I have a few of them for regular washes, a few for S&W - QD, and a few for Wax/Sealant.

SOFT SOFT SOFT!!!! :)

I love these things!

Super Absorbant too!

Not to mention that with the S&W/QD, it takes just 1 towel for the whole car!

That's a plus for me, and my washing machine!

The smaller "detailing" towels. ( Blue & White packs) are ok grade I suppose.

I'd personally prefer another choice though.

I bought a few packs of them "just to see" and found that the white ones left minor surface scratches, so they immediately were demoted to interior work. The blue ones are a little better and won't scratch, still though, I prefer to use them only on glass and rims.

I can't really complain a whole lot though, I mean.... for the price, they are all right.

The larger MF Drying Towels though, as I said: A steal and a heck of a deal! :rockin
