NXT on Silver

Today, i did a little detail on my car (BTW it was my first time with the PC), the process was:



Sonax Wash / APC 7:1 on Wheels

Sonüs Clay

Sonax Wash

Sonüs Paint Cleanser via PC w/Sonüs Blue Polishing Pad @ 3.5

Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax via PC w/Sonüs Gray Finishing Pad @ 4

It's funny, I normally use BFII on my silver car and it looks great, glossy and deep. I tried NXT, and wasn't crazy about the look. It seemed kind of lifeless...looked more pure silver than metallic silver (if that makes sense). Although, soon after, someone commented on how good the car looked...go figure. I'm anxious to try UPP because it looked really good on my dad's metallic paint.
