It didn't turn out as good as I thought it would. I used:

Meguiars clay bar

Meguiars Cleaner Wax

Meguiars step 2 crystal Polish

Meguiars NXT

I was going to top it off with some EX-P but I didn't have enough time.

Well the pictures I have of my truck are after the second wash. When I first appied the NXT I noticed my paint had a haze to it. I think it may have been the cheap cleaner wax I used. The NXT puts up a great barrier and beads water really well but I think the EX-P would be a better wax.

it looks good. next time, you can take out the cleaner wax step. instead, try Meguiar's Deep Crystal step 1 Paint Cleaner, or something similar, depending on whether you have swirls or scratches to remove. and it's been recommended to put another coat of NXT on, if possible 12 hours after the first coat has been removed, or at least 1 hour.

Thanks. Your right I should have left out the cleaner wax. It was the polish that removed my swirls and some of my fine scratches. If I would have put in a coat of VM I think I would have been better off (either that or Meguiars #80)
