Good luck (like you need any more luck . . . say, would you buy me a lottery ticket? :lol)

You know, that was my first thought when I won, again was I needed to drive to KY and buy a Lotto ticket.

I've already volunteered my GF 99 Sentra as the first test subject. :xyxthumbs

I'm a total klutz and have no mechanic aptitudes. After being on this board for a while, I bought a PC 7336 at Lowes.

These guys are right! You can't screw up unless you hit a mirror with the backing plate [I use the 7.5" pads just to be safe!].

You won't believe the difference you can make in your Z's appearance! :xyxthumbs

The only reason I'm not making big claims about durability, or protection is because they are too hard to accurately measure.

I tested 6 waxes on the deck lid of a Honda Acura. After 4-5 days, I washed the deck lid using Zaino car wash and could not tell the difference between any of the sections. Not in appearance, and not in water beading.

I'm sure the products were still present on the finish, but visually, it was almost impossible to distinguish any demarcation lines.

Mike,

I've been wondering what you meant by the beading comment since I first read about your test. Did you mean that no one section beaded better than the others while being washed with Z-7, or did the car get wet again at a later date(rain,etc..) and there was no difference in beading?

I'm asking (as a current Z user) because I've noticed when I wash with Z-7 the water seems to sheet and pool up more than bead, but if the car gets wet later, either by being sprayed by a hose, rain, etc, it beads like crazy again. I just wondered if you had experienced this as well, or if the sections really all act the same now.

Anyways, I just used up the last of my Z-2, and my order of NXT Tech wax is on the way! Can't wait!:bounce
