Not what we had planned for the holidays

I`m sorry for your loss. It is difficult. My mother passed away two years ago in September, and I still miss her every day! Like others have said, think of the good times and for me that she was no longer suffering from the pain the cancer was causing her. Be there for the rest of your family and God will get you through the tough days!
 
Sorry for your loss. We lost my Mother in Law 3years ago over the holidays. This year my Wife and I decided to restart a tradition she had done.

Which was give Christmas Stocking with useful, weird and fun items. Probably spent $200.00 on stocking stuffers for my wife`s side of the family. But worth every penny to see the faces light up with laughter and happiness. Some items were goofy like Mountain Dew socks for my FIL. He drinks way to much of the stuff. Shaving cream in all the adult stockings. Fruit mostly apples and oranges and cuties for the kids. Finger nail polish, flashlights, Blue tooth speakers, ETC. ETC.

Well the point is. I love family traditions. We remember her with joy which brings peace. I hope and pray for you and your family.

My heartfelt prayers of Faith go out to you and yours..
This is in my experience, the hardest one to experience in life..

I believe that all Mothers are Angels, sent to this earth to do the hardest things; conceive, nurture, and bear us kids, and then sacrifice their lives for us kids, all their lives..
Nothing will be sweeter than seeing her again one day, and I promise you, she is very close by, and thinks and prays for all of you..

I pray that eventually, this separation will become easier..

My Dear Mother left us on Dec. 14, 2016, and as she had always done for us, sacrificing everything, she made sure the Chaplin for the hospice home she was in, came to the door, and knocked..
While the sweetest lady who cared for her went to answer the door to let the Chaplin in, she slipped away quietly, and the Chaplin stayed in her room with her until we all arrived..

I look at the beautiful pictures of you and her and with those sweet boys, and can tell, yes, Justin, she was and is another Angel sent to this earth to be your Mother forever..

Tears will come often and are supposed to, because we live together in love so much..

All I can offer is my sincere love and prayers for you and your sweet family and extended family, and will always be here for you guys..
