Not Really That Funny

I live in a condo complex and every night I cover up my detailing trailer with a tarp, with the whole "out of site, out of mind" idea going.
Last night it was raining and I had not washed off the trailed in a while so I figured that I would spray some cleaner on the platform and the equipment and just let the rain do it's job.
I came out this afternoon, and my generator is stolen off my trailer!!!!
This sucks. :wall

It sure sucks. Having to replace something that someone else thought they needed more than you is always tough. I am truly sorry for your loss!!

I'm sorry that happened to you. Was it sitting on the trailer or was it bolted down?

Oh, it was bolted down. They were nice enough to leave the bolts and the brackets so I can use them when I get the new one anyway.
It's alright now though. My insurance is gonna cover it and I get to go out and buy a new generator with, which I am psyched out.
Thank you to all who posted to take their time and read about my awful day.

I dislike theives. They need to go out and go find work for themselves. DAMN THEM ALL. Sorry just had to get it out. :notme:

:bonk: No good thieves! They got me once and man I felt violated. Had me looking over my shoulder all the time thinking was this someone I knew? Sorry bro hope your new generator works out better for you anyway :rockon

Not funny at all :( i hope you dont suffer too much from it . Sorry to hear about it and hope they catch them.

Cruise the local pawn shops. It's common for those with drug habits to steal generators and other small tools to get $20 to get a fix.
If you find it call the police and have them pick it up as evidence.Mr. pawn shop owner shouldn't be taking stolen merchandise, but it happens often.
