Noisy Power Windows '01 Honda CR V SE

My better half just purchased a 2001 Honda CR V SE with 60k in great shape. All 4 power windows are equally noisy up and down, otherwise work fine. The car has never been smoked in. Any suggestions as to what to use and how to lubricate the window channels. Or do all 2001 CR V's have noisy window channels?



I'm a Zaino Zealot; would Z-16 help? If so, method of application??
 
The noise is just much louder than my 1991 Buick or our 2002 Lexus LS430. It is as if the regular sound was greatly amplified. And all 4 windows sound the same.



And will try silicon spray.
