no front tints...

stupid fix it ticket....now my front tints are gone...but damn look at how wet my paint looks...hahaha

Yea california sucks for that. There are actually tint shops that will do your windows for around $150, with a Fix-it-tocket garauntee. If you get pulled over they will pull the tint off for you to go get your ticket signed off, and then re-apply it. As many times as you get a ticket. Fairly awesome.
 
We had that here in Missouri up until about 4 years ago. Now it's 35% front, no limit in the back... But even if you go darker in the front, they have really loosened up on the tint laws, so there is rarely a ticket given....

Keep hoping for tint legislation!!!
 
what percent did u have on all fours? here in florida the limits are 28% in the front and 15% for the backs on sedans. i currently have 5% all around but am thinking of changing them. the dealer that installed them did a crappy job and on top of the fact that they said it was metalized film, they're blueing. so im getting them removed and instaleld someone else at the cost of the current tint shop. unfortunately the tint shop that is known of their super quality film and work doesnt do 5% on sedans as part of their policy. so im gonna go 20% all around. no-one here in south florida ever gets pulled over for that so im glad i can still keep a little privacy. 5% all around is ghetto tho and i dont wanna be confised for driving a caprice of deuce deuce. lol..

In the state of pennsylvania there is no actual "window tint law" The police decided to make up there own law. They say if its darker than 70% it must come off. They sited me for having 15% on the front two sides. They didnt say anything about my rear ext cab windows or the back window, probibly cause there dumb asses couldnt get the tint meter on them :rolleyes: I fought the ticket by going and having a visit it our local chief of police. He said that he is ok with 35% just for the reason that he has it on an old mustang. My truck is in storage for the winter with the tint still on. This spring Im gonna have it pulled and go with 35%
