Nitro Seal part A question

After using the Nitro Seal kit you always have some part A left over.

I was wondering if it can be used as a base for other LSP. What's the potential issues if you do this?

Good question Paul. I've never tried it. I'd be more tempted to try it with another HD/3D sealant then anything else due to the base components. Might work sort of like a booster, but not sure. You mind trying it on a panel and see what happens?

Part A followed by HD Poxy is a nice combo. Definitely adds to the overall look and protection.

Have not tried it with other sealants though.

Thank you both for your input. When I try it with another brand LSP I'll let you know how it works.

Ben, can you foresee problems with other products? For example, would it be better to try it with a hybrid wax rather than a pure sealant?

Depending on the product, it  might have constancy or bonding issues?

Part A by itself does not work well. Its is only half of a sealant.  It needs to work with the chemicals in part B or Poxy for its best results. This may or may not be in the hybrid wax.

Normally, if someone was to layer a wax over a sealant, they would let it cure 24-48 hours before adding the wax.  It may be a better to use Part A with Poxy, let it cure, then use a hybrid wax a day or 2 later.
